What we're covering:

  • Recruiting and training your core team

    Expand your reach by recruiting and training a core team of volunteers (and board members) that will help connect with prospective donors and reach new ones.

  • Building your list of prospective donors

    You’ll develop your ideal donor profile, and identify the best lists of donors for this campaign, as well as engage your team in finding some new prospects.

  • Developing powerful communications materials

    We’ll work together to streamline and focus in on a clear and impactful message to use with your prospective donors, and the materials you need for your team.

  • Organizing the high-return fundraising campaign

    Learn how to plan out your donor objectives, and implement a team-based phone drive, all while building strong and authentic relationships with donors.

As part of this training, you will get:

  • 4 weekly training modules

    On these trainings, Eric will walk you step by step through the strategies our clients have used to build $400k+ relationship based fundraising campaigns.

  • 4 weekly group Q&A calls

    On these calls, Eric will answer all questions that you have about the steps in the program to help you take full advantage of launching your fundraising campaign.

  • All trainings and Q&A calls will be recorded

    Don’t worry if you can’t make it to all the trainings and Q&A calls. You’ll still have access to the recordings and be able to ask questions over email.

  • E-mail support to help along the way

    If you have questions, get stuck, or are unclear on the next steps, you can reach out and get support. We can review and provide feedback on materials developed through the program.

This training will help you launch a team based fundraising phone call campaign with a goal of $10k, $30k, or even $100k which you can start as early as December 8th (plenty of time to get one or several call days before your end of year deadline).

You'll also be able to engage your donors in a way that helps build more authentic relationships, while hitting your funding goal and building leadership among your volunteers and board members.
